Medicine Bottle 1
The Medicine Bottle is on a table inside a tent in the military area. This is located between the Sphinx Temple Ruin and the Workers’ Area
Medicine Bottle 2 – Temple Ruins
The medicine bottle is located southeast of the Sphinx Statue within the Sphinx Dig Site.
Medicine Bottle 3 – Sphinx
Medicine is near the foot of the Sphinx Statue.
Medicine Bottle 4-5 – Sphinx
Go behind the Sphinx statue to find a door. Go inside to find the medicine bottle.
The medicine bottle is located on a table atop some scaffolding beside the Sphinx Statue.
Medicine Bottle 6-7 East of Dig Site
The medicine bottle is on a crate at the top of a hill just northwest of the meteorological station.
On the back of a truck, just north of the previous collectible.
Medicine Bottle 8-13 Dig Site
Located inside a tent on the eastern side of the Dig Site.
It is on top of the elevator. During “Secret of the Queen Mother” Fieldwork, you will reach this location.
On top of a wooden platform in the northwestern part of the Dig Site.
Climb up the rock on the southern side of the Dig Site to find an entrance. Enter inside and go down the stairs to find the medicine bottle on a wooden platform on the right side of the hall.
This book is located in the southeastern area of the Dig Site. Find a tower with a loudspeaker and jump down nearby to discover the medicine bottle on a table.
Make your way through the door located next to the blue wire and the elevator. Once you’re inside, take the path on the right. Then look closely, and you’ll see a blue wire on the floor—start following it carefully. You will find a medicine bottle on top of a wooden wheel.
Medicine Bottle 14-16 North of Dig Site
Medicine Bottle is on top of a crate that is on a small hill just north of the Tomb of Khenthawest.
The medicine bottle can be found on the road near a motorcycle, located north of the Tomb of Khenthawest.

Medicine Bottle is inside a small tent just east of the pyramid.
Medicine Bottle 18-19 Khafre Excavation Site
The medical bottle is inside a tent at the Khafre Excavation Site.
Step out of the tent and look for a tunnel in the mountain wall. Head inside to find the medicine bottle.
Medicine Bottle 20-21 Nazi Recreational Area & Vehicle Garage
The Medical bottle is inside a tent in Nazi Recreational Area

Medicine Bottle 22-24 Nazi Compound
In a small back room within Voss’s office in the Nazi compound.
On the second floor of the Main building in the Nazi compound. Use the Wehrmacht door to open the door and collect the medicine bottle from the shelf.

The last bottle is inside another building in Nazi Compound. Go upstairs and use the Wehrmacht door to open the door and collect the medicine bottle from the shelf.
