If you are trying to unlock the Gnome Alone in World of Warcraft, you will need to find six Lost Gnome Writings scattered around Zul’Aman. These writings are small notes and documents hidden across the area. This guide will show you all six Lost Gnome Writing locations in Zul’Aman.
1. Parting Note Location
The first Lost Gnome Writing can be found near the docks in Witherbark Bluffs. Head to the dock area and look around the ground close to the wooden platforms. You will see a small note called “Parting Note” lying on the ground. Interact with it to collect your first writing for the achievement.
2. Moldy Diary Location
The second writing is located just south of the docks inside the nearby village. Look for a small house in the village and enter it. Inside the building, check the floor under the hanging hammock, where you will find a Moldy Diary. Interact with the diary to collect the second Lost Gnome Writing.
3. Scrap of Singed Paper Location
The third writing can be found on the top right side of the map in the Temple of Jan’Lala. Travel to the marked location and look for an area with hot coals on the ground. Carefully jump across the coals and check behind a stone pillar. Here you will find a Scrap of Singed Paper on the ground. Interact with it to collect the third writing.
4. Message in a Bottle Location
The fourth writing is located just south of the previous location along the beach. Head toward the beachfront area and look around the sand near the shoreline. On the ground, you will see a Message in a Bottle. Interact with it to obtain the fourth Lost Gnome Writing.
5. Hastily-Scribbled Note Location
The fifth writing is found near the dungeon entrance area. Travel to the marked location on the map and look for a house in the area. The note is not above the building but on the lower ground nearby. Check the right side of the house, where you will see a Hastily-Scribbled Note lying on the ground.
6. Discarded Scroll Location
The sixth and final writing can be found in Amani’zar Village. Go to the main building in the village, but instead of going upstairs, head underneath the structure. Look beneath the building, and you will find a Discarded Scroll. Interacting with this scroll will give you the sixth and final Lost Gnome Writing.
Achievement Complete
Once you interact with all six writings, you will unlock the Gnome Alone achievement in World of Warcraft. This achievement simply requires exploring Zul’Aman and locating each hidden note.
