Starting Location
To begin the subquest, go to the Costa del Sol Community Noticeboard or speak with Billy. Billy will inform that he got permission to race in the Gold Cup! and wants the player to participate in the event.
Win the Gold Cup
The Gold Cup comprises three races, and points are awarded based on your position in each race. The racer with the highest total points after the third race emerges as the winner.
