Starting Location
This sidequest can be started by talking to Penn at Riverside Stable which is located in the southeastern part of the Hyrule Field. You can spot him seated beneath a tree next to the river. Penn tells you about Gotter, who’s on the other side of the stable and is still waiting for his guests.
Head over and have a conversation with Gotter, who expresses concern about Agus and the others. He states that they always cross the Owlan Bridge, and suggest that they might have been camping somewhere with tents.
To reach the camp where Agus and the others are located, cross Owlan Bridge from the direction of Riverside Stable and take a left. Simply follow the forest path indicated on your map.
After crossing the bridge, you’ll come across a campsite with tents. You will find Agus and the rest appear unwell and can barely speak. Read the note on the table at the center of the camp, and you’ll discover Princess Zelda’s recipe for “Meat and Rice Bowl.” The note also includes a warning to strictly adhere to the recipe.
To make Princess Zelda’s recipe “Meat and Rice Bowl,” you’ll need plain raw meat, Hylian Rice, and rock salt. Obtaining Hylian Rice in TOTK can be challenging, as it has a low drop rate when cutting grass in most regions. The recommended method is to purchase Hylian Rice from the East Wind general store in Hateno Village.
Prepare Princess Zelda’s “Meat and Rice Bowl” recipe and offer it to Agus. Afterward, inform Penn about the situation, and he will reward you with 100 rupees to end the quest.
