Halloween Rock Bottom: All Coin Locations
This article will guide you on how to get all the Gold Coins/ Doubloons in the Halloween Rock Bottom world of the game SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake, which is released on 31 January 2023. There are 10 Coins in the area. All the collectibles cannot be collected during the first playthrough as they are locked behind certain abilities.
1) Coin #1
Checkpoint: Bus Stop
You will be able to get this one in your second playthrough. From the checkpoint, go left and you will see the coin on top of the building as shown in the picture below. Press the button on the left side of the building for a jumping pad to spawn. Use the jumping pad to climb up the building. Then jump through the fire hoops to reach the roof and get the coin.
2) Coin #2
Checkpoint: Bus Stop
From the checkpoint, go straight ahead and enter the large cave. As soon as you enter the cave, you will see a red balloon ahead as shown in the picture below. Use the balloon to reach the small platform on the left side. There you will find the coin.
3) Coin #3
Checkpoint: Kandyville
You will be able to get this one in your second playthrough. From the checkpoint, take the path going right and use the jumping pad to climb up the building. Then use the conveyor belt as shown in the picture below to reach the building on the other side. Now turn right and jump on the huge pipe on the right side. Then turn left and go down the pipe. You will find the coin on the platform ahead as shown in the second picture below.
4) Coin #4
Checkpoint: Kandyville
From the checkpoint, take the path going right until you reach the area with giant eggs. Then use the jumping pad as shown in the picture below to climb the building on the right side. Then use the second jumping pad there to reach the roof, where you will find the coin as shown in the second picture below.
5) Coin #5
Checkpoint: Kandyville
You will be able to get this one in your second playthrough. After collecting the previous coin, jump to the building next to it. Press the purple button there as shown in the picture below. This will make a jumping pad spawn. Use it to get to the roof. Defeat the enemies there and then go through the fire rings to reach the platform ahead. Defeat the enemy there as shown in the second picture below to make the coin spawn.
6) Coin #6
Checkpoint: Snail Race
You will be able to get this one in your second playthrough. Finish the Snaik Race within the time and the coin will spawn at the end.
7) Coin #7
Checkpoint: Scary Streets
You will be able to get this one in your second playthrough. From the checkpoint, use the conveyor belt in the front to reach the other side. Then climb up the ramp on the right side as shown in the picture below.
Proceed ahead and climb up the platform. Then use another conveyor belt to reach the platform ahead as shown in the picture below. Then break the grating on the ground as shown in the second picture below and jump down through the hole.
Now go through the fire rings ahead. Defeat the enemies there as shown in the picture below and a coin will spawn.
8) Fake Dutchman #2
Checkpoint: Shadow Theater
It will be available only in your second playthrough. From the checkpoint, jump down and go straight ahead. Then use the conveyor belt to climb up the platform on the right side as shown in the picture below. Now follow the green wire. When the wire ends, destroy the stack of tikis on the right side. Then glide on the conveyor belts to reach the roof of the theatre temple. On the roof, you will see a purple button as shown in the second picture below. Pressing this button will spawn some fire rings and a countdown will start. Fly through all the fire rings before the timer stops and a coin will spawn at the end of the fire rings.
9) Coin #9
Checkpoint: Museum Slide
It will be available only in your second playthrough. After the slide, you will come to a room with a grating at the center as shown in the picture below. Break the grating and jump down below the hole. Defeat the enemies there and a coin will spawn.
10) Coin #10
Checkpoint: Rock Bottom Museum
It will be available only in your second playthrough. From the checkpoint, jump down and turn around to find the coin behind the wooden wall as shown in the picture below.
