Silk Heart 1 – Defeat Bell Beast in the Marrow
The first Silk Heart is obtained by defeating the Bell Beast in the Marrow during Act One. Also, it’s part of the main story.
Silk Heart 2 – Defeat the Unravelled in Whiteward (Citadel)
The second Silk Heart is found in Act Two within the Citadel’s Whiteward area. To reach it, use a White Key from the Coral Chambers to unlock a lift, then find a Surgeon’s Key to open the crypt.
Inside, you’ll face multiple enemies followed by the hidden Unravelled boss. Defeat it to claim the Silk Heart
Silk Heart 3 – Defeat Lace after ascending Pharloom’s Crown
The third and final Silk Heart is obtained at the end of Act Two. To reach it, players must learn three melodies: Conductor, Architect, and Vaultkeeper to unlock the lift to the Cradle.
Inside, you’ll face a boss fight with Lace. Defeat her to claim the last Silk Heart.
