This article is a complete walkthrough of the House of Healing in Baldur’s Gate 3.
True Love’s Embrace
House of Healing is located north of the Grand Mausoleum in Reithwin Town. Refer to the below location.

Enter through the front doors. You’ll encounter Sister Lidwin after entering the House of Healing. Successfully pass [Deception] check to continue exploring the House.
Go directly to the left to the bunk room. There you’ll find the husband’s skeleton with the ring and the book that describes how they both died.
Arabella’s Parents
Enter the chamber near the stairs.
You’ll encounter Sister Lidwin again here with two corpses – Locke and Komira, Arabella’s parents.
Talk to Araballa’s Dead Father
At this point, you have two options: either deceive Lidwin and align with the notion that Arabella’s parents are merely asleep, or confront her. Finally, you can utilize the “Speak with dead” spell to talk with her father.
Malus Thorm Boss Fight (Make him Kill himself)
Exit the room and go downstairs. you will find Malus Thorm who is a disguised Mind Flayer posing as a doctor. where he is performing some surgical experiments on patients.
It’s advisable to use persuasion to convince Malus Thorm to have his nurses ”practice” their surgical operating skills on themselves – this results in the nurses stabbing each other and finally and Malus Thorm stabbing himself to death.
Initiate the discussion with Malus Thorm by directing the conversation that you are a student. Choose from the following dialogue options:
“A student, yes. Do please enlighten me.“
Successfully pass the first investigation check, which requires a score of 14.
“[Investigation ] Examine the sisters and their implements”
“Their blades are uneven. Efficient surgery will require further training.”
Successfully pass the persuasion check, which requires a score of 21, and sisters will start stabbing each other and killing each other.
“[Persuasion] Why not have them horn their skills on each other?”
Next, Successfully pass [Wizard][Deception] check, which requires a score of 21
“[Wizard][Deception] My magic has blinded me – I see now that Shar is the only path. Show me how – I”
Malus Thorm will die by stabbing himself in the eyes. Go and loot the body of Malus Thorm.
Free the Tortured Patient
After you’ve killed Malus Thorm, use the Knock spell to interact with the patient’s bed. This will release the Tortured Patient and cause him to collapse to the ground.
Interact with the Tortured Patient once again to start a battle in which you must kill the patient.
Office
Head upstairs and enter the office through the window. Pick Surgery and Physiology: A Sharran’s Primer from the table. Loot additional items in the office as well.
Library
Return to the room where you discovered Arabella’s Parents. There is a ladder located opposite the stairs. Use the ladder to reach the rooftop.
Then, on the roof, proceed north and enter the library through the entrance. Loot all the available items in the library
Finally, exit the library by the south entrance and push the button on the wall to summon a lift, which will transport you to the House of Healing’s balcony.
