The Adamantine Forge is located near the Grymforge in the Underdark. In Underdark Grymforge, go to the spot where you fought Nere. Nere Location: Find the Missing Boots
In the Southeast direction you can find a ledge. Use Misty Step to get across the lava and onto a cliff.
Grab the Splint Mould lying near the gears and activate the waypoint. Here call your other companions to the waypoint.
From the teleport waypoint, head on the path in the north direction and then down the broken stairs to reach Adamantine Forge.
Halfway down the stairs to the Adamantine Forge, there is a divergent path emerges to the left. There is a large Mithril Ore that you have to collect to use in Adamantine Forge.
Activate the Adamantine Forge
To activate the Adamantine Forge, insert the Splint Mould into the mould chamber.
Place mithril ore into the crucible.
Next, pull the Forge Lever. This will initiate a tough boss fight.
