Where to find Porygon
In Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you’ll be able to find Porygon at the Trophy Garden on Route 212 once you have the National Dex.

After unlocking National Dex, go to Pokemon Mansion on Route 212 in Hearthome City and talk to the owner every day until he tells you there is a Porygon in the Trophy Garden.
Enter the mansion and head towards the back, where you will find the entrance to the Trophy Garden. The Trophy Garden is a patch of grass located behind the Mansion.
You can find several different Pokemon types here, Porygon has a just 5% spawn rate. This also means that a Pikachu isn’t guaranteed to spawn every time. If you find one, defeat the Porygonand you will be able to add it to your team.
