The Abandoned Outpost Beacon is one of the Beacons you can cleanse in Mortal Shell 2, but reaching the end of its dungeon can be a little tricky. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to cleanse the Abandoned Outpost Beacon.
The Abandoned Outpost Beacon is located in the Ruins of Mammon. Use the map below to get an idea of the Beacon’s exact location.
Head inside the structure. You’ll encounter several enemies as you make your way through the outpost. Clear them and continue deeper into the building until you reach an elevator. Use the elevator to travel down to the lower level.
When you step out of the elevator, you’ll immediately notice a large hole in the floor. Drop down through the hole to reach the room below. You’ll land in a dark room filled with corpses.
At first, it may look like you’ve reached a dead end. There doesn’t appear to be a doorway leading to the next area. Look carefully around the walls of the room. You’ll find a small switch near the bottom of one of the walls. There is also a torch nearby, which makes the switch a little easier to spot in the otherwise dark room.
Approach the switch and interact with it. This opens a hidden section of the wall. Go through the newly opened path and follow the stairs leading upward.
Continue along the path until you reach another room with a large hole in the floor.
Don’t jump down. Instead, go toward the right side of the room to find the Abandoned Outpost Beacon. Approach the Beacon and interact with it to cleanse it.
