To proceed, you must go through the letter provided in the Notes section and carry out the associated task. This task involves uploading a mission at a specific location within the DMZ maps.
The first requirement to complete Laswell’s Letter in DMZ is to read Laswell’s Letter in the notes menu. To access the notes menu, you can select “Mission Objectives” on the DMZ Lobby screen. Once there, scroll towards the right until you find the “Notes” section. Click on it to open the notes. The instructions on the note are not unclear, stating to go to an upload station and continue the upload.

Since Laswell’s Letter is in the Al Mazrah tab, the Laswell’s Letter mission can only be completed in the Al Mazrah area.
Your initial task is to locate an “upload station at the top of a radio tower.” Upon spawning in Al Mazrah, you will notice several red and white radio towers scattered throughout the area. Simply explore your surroundings and search for any tall towers. All radio towers in Al Mazrah can be utilized to fulfill the mission mentioned in Laswell’s Letter.
How to Upload Laswell’s Letter in DMZ
Once you find and climb to the top of any radio tower in Al Mazrah, you’ll see a console with a “begin upload” prompt. Begin the upload and wait for the bar to fill.
