Sounds Familiar Achievement  – Lust from Beyond

Requirement: Play the Lust from Beyond: Scarlet melody on the theatre piano.

In Chapter 5, after entering the Eden theater slide the shelf to enter the next room. There you will find the piano.

Press piano keys in the order as given in the picture to unlock the achievement.
