How to destroy Big Rocks
To destroy big rocks and cracked walls, you will need the Missile Barrage relic as shown in the picture below. You will get this relic in Ruin A-01 as shown in the second picture below. This is part of the story quest and is unmissable. Ruin A-01 is quite early in the story and you can get this on the first day itself. once you have the Missile Barrage relic, simply equip it and fire the shots to destroy the big rocks to get the chest behind it.
