As you progress in the job, you need to make your way to the Capitan Caliente restaurant to contact Reed. The main entrance is locked
Talk to Ronald P.T. Malone near the entrance and ask about the restaurant. You can then give him some credit for the information about the way to get inside the restaurant.
He’ll advise you to inspect the cables and reestablish power. You can then scan the power cable affixed to the window located to the right of the entrance and follow it to the fusebox.
To reach the fusebox, go up the stairs on the left and then go as close to the in-game marker as possible.
