Crossroads is a main mission in Crimson Desert. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Crossroads main quest, including how to escape the underground area of Delesyia Castle in Crimson Desert.
When you enter the underground area of Delesyia Castle, you will find yourself locked in a chamber. You cannot leave until you solve the puzzle inside, so here is exactly what you need to do.
Move forward toward the machine in front of you and push the lever to the left. This will reveal a hidden clock inside the machine. Before you interact with it, make sure you are wearing the Visione Helmet. Once it is on, walk up to the machine and interact with the cog to connect to the clock.
The clock has an hour hand and a minute hand, which makes it look like you need to set a specific time. But the solution is actually much simpler than that. Hold L1 and R1 together (LB and RB on Xbox) at the same time and keep holding them in. When the hands stop moving, hold the buttons in again. Keep repeating this until the machine turns blue. This will pull you into Visione Mode, where you will watch the memory fragment play out.
While still in Visione Mode, turn around and you will notice that a wall which was previously blocking your path is now gone. Stay in the blue environment and walk through the newly opened wall on the other side of the room.
Once you are through, remove your Visione Helmet to return to the real world. From here, go through the door to find a teleporter device and interact with it. This will trigger a cutscene and complete the puzzle.
