How to Evolve Sinistea into Polteageist
Sinistea can be evolved using one of two items, which is either a Cracked Pot or a Chipped Pot. Whichever item you need depends on whether the Pokémon is an Authentic or Phony form.
A seal on the bottom of Sinistea indicates which form the Pokémon is in the open world. This seal denotes authenticity. Use a Cracked Pot on the Authentic form and a Chipped Pot on the Phony form to evolve.
