The Digested Map is one of the four restored treasure maps in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. Unlike the other restored maps, you won’t obtain its fragments from Fleet missions, warehouses, or Pirate Hunter ships. Instead, the Digested Map Pieces are dropped by a rare White Jaguar animal. In this guide, we’ll show you how to get both Digested Map Pieces, restore the map, and find the hidden treasure in Santanillas.
Digested Maps Location
Digested Map Pieces are dropped by the White Jaguar animal found on Great Inagua in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. Since you’ll need two Digested Map Pieces to restore the complete Digested Map, you’ll have to hunt the White Jaguar at least twice, although it may take several attempts because the map fragments are not guaranteed to drop
The White Jaguar can be found on Great Inagua, south of the Gibara Region, at approximately (811, 436).
Once you arrive on Great Inagua, head into the dense jungle south of Gibara. After locating the White Jaguar, defeat it and skin the carcass. There is a chance that it will drop a Digested Map Piece. Since the drop is random, don’t worry if you don’t receive one on your first hunt.
The White Jaguar respawns every two in-game hours. You can try your luck again after 2 hours. Once you have both the map fragments, head to the Treasure Dealer in Great Inagua to restore them into the complete Digested Map. This reveals the location of the hidden treasure in Santanillas.
Santanillas Treasure Location
The Santanillas Treasure Map leads to a buried treasure at Santanillas (188, 215). The treasure is hidden beneath the Mayan ruins on the southern side of the island.
After reaching the Mayan ruins, make your way to the south side and enter the ruins through the opening at the base of the structure. Follow the passage until you reach the marked dig spot.
Dig at the marked location to uncover the buried treasure and claim your reward.
