The Rusted Flask is a special item in Silent Hill f, that plays an important role in unlocking one of the game’s most powerful weapons. It is one of the five items required to obtain the Sacred Sword, and once you find it, the Rusted Flask must be offered to its corresponding Jizo statue to complete part of the ritual. Jizo Statue 1 & Offering (Rusted Flask)
The Rusted Flask can be found during Chapter 3 on your second visit to Ebisugaoka Fields (Fog Town), but only in New Game+. While heading toward Rinko’s House, take the forest path, and you’ll come across a gravestone surrounded by tiny white fox figurines. The Rusted Flask will be resting at the gravestone.
Offer to the 2nd Jizo Statue
The Rusted Flask must be offered to the second Jizo Statue in Ebisugaoka Fields during Chapter 3 of New Game+. The statue is located south of where you found the Rusted Flask, along the forest path.
