Step 1: Get Override Pin

Step 2: Enter Sentinel’s Keep
Start the N’erud area in Campaign or Adventure mode and reach Sentinel’s Keep. Sentinel’s Keep will appear if N’erud starts with Seekere’s Rest. If the area starts with Forgotten Prison, then you will need to re-roll the map.
Step 3: Destroy the Core
At the very top of the Sentinel’s Keep, insert the Override Pin and then interact with the console and start the boss fight against Sha’Hala: Spectral Guardian of N’Erud.
Step 4: Defeat Boss (Get Void Cinder)
Defeat Boss Sha’Hala to obtain the Void Cinder you can use to craft this weapon.
Step 5: Craft Aphelion Long Gun
Head back to Ward 13 and talk to Ava McCabe to craft the Aphelion Long Gun using Void Cider.
