Step 1: Get Dreamcatcher

Step 2: Get Nimue’s Dream
After acquiring the Dreamcatcher, make your way to Nimue’s Retreat in Losomn. If Nimue is asleep, you are fortunate, but if not, you’ll need to visit multiple times until you find her sleeping. Keep in mind that Nimue’s sleeping state is a random event, so keep trying until you succeed.
Hit sleeping Nimue with Dreamcatcher to get Nimue’s Dream
Consume this Nimue’s Dream. This will teleport inside a new domain called “Retreat’s Horizon”
Step 3: Get Anamy’s Echo
Navigate through the new Retreat’s Horizon domain until you reach the shining galaxy. Within this domain, search for a floating blue crystal known as Anamy’s Echo.
Step 4: Craft Crescent Moon Echo
Once you’ve obtained Anamy’s Echo, teleport back to Ward 13 and speak with McCabe to craft the Crescent Moon – Secret Bow.
