After entering Lake House, the player will come across an elevator. However, to use the elevator the player needs to find the Access Keycard that should allow you to operate the elevator.
To find the password for the locked computer, head to the shelf by the US flag and check the certificates and notices. One of the notices is titled “Notice of Appointment,” with the date listed as July 18. This makes “0718” a part of the password.
Interact with the calendar next to the computer, which displays the “Science Fact of the Day,” where the number 38 is mentioned.
This means the password for the computer is a combination of the two clues: enter “071838” to unlock it.
After unlocking the computer, use its security system to open the previously locked door.
Go inside to grab the Security Clearance 01 keycard, then continue to explore the Lake House.
