How to Get a Level 2 ID Wristband in Resident Evil Requiem
Follow the steps below to obtain a Level 2 ID Wristband.
Step 1: Complete the Sun Quartz Puzzle
Lead Researcher’s Office on the upper floor of the East Wing.
First, go to the Lead Researcher’s Office on the upper floor of the East Wing and solve the Sun Quartz puzzle to receive a Leatherbound Notebook. This notebook contains the instructions needed to solve the Organ Transport Box puzzle located in the Garage. Code to solve the puzzle is: Star, Sun, Moon, Sun.
Step 2: Get the Wrench
Head past the kitchen until you reach the locked security door. Use your Level 1 ID Wristband to unlock it and step inside the custodian’s office. In this room, you will find a Wrench. This tool is required to open the Cold Storage door on the first floor.
Step 3: Enter Cold Storage (Get Artificial Heart)
Go to the Cold Storage located on the first floor, just past the Dining Room area. Use the wrench to open the door. Once inside, you will find the Artificial Heart. This is the first transplant organ needed for the puzzle to get a Level 2 Wristband.
Step 4: Enter the Garage (Get Artificial Lungs)
You can find the Organ Transport Box in the Garage at the Care Center in Resident Evil: Requiem. Head to the western side of the map, as shown below. Follow the southbound corridor near the Custodian’s Office to reach the Garage. Go inside to find the Organ Transport Box.
Solve the Organ Transport Box Puzzle
To open the Organ Transport Box, follow these exact settings:
- Move to the dial and switch it from Auto to Hand.
- Move the slider to the middle position.
- Highlight the switches and set:
- Switch 2 down
- Switch 5 down
- Return to the dial and switch it back from Hand to Auto.
Once you complete all the steps correctly, the Organ Transport Box will unlock. The lid will open automatically, revealing the Artificial Lungs secured inside the container.
Step 6: Go to the Examination Room (East Wing)
Now head to the Examination Room in the East Wing. Inside the room, you will see a body lying on a stretcher. Interact with it and insert:
- Artificial Heart
- Artificial Lungs
After you insert both the Artificial Heart and the Artificial Lungs into the body on the stretcher, it will suddenly come back to life as a zombie. Once defeated, it will drop the Level 2 ID Wristband.
