As you are assigned the objective to enter the panic room, you will probably come face-to-face with the massive metal door. Despite searching the surroundings, you won’t be able to spot any items to interact with, and it may appear that there’s no access to the panic room.
However, the solution is simple – just smash the junction box situated on the left-hand side of the wall, and all the electrical wires inside it will snap. This will enable you to enter the panic room.
Once you’ve smashed the box, the door to the panic room will open, granting you entry inside. Once inside, eliminate the zombie, retrieve the keycard from its remains, and loot the panic room including Swanson Mansion Keycard.
