Step 1
Complete the Archon Quest Chapter III, Act V: Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises. There are five quests in Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises.

– Jnagarbha Day
– Where the Boat of Consciousness Lies
– A Toast to Victory
Step 2
Go to the Joururi Workshop in Sumeru and select a level 70 challenge or above.
Step 3
Defeat Scaramouche Boss
Step 4
After defeating Defeat Scaramouche Boss, interact with Trounce Blossom and use 30 Original Resin to claim the rewards.
