How to get the crowbar

The crowbar can be found in the basement, locked behind a red door. This is the same door in the basement which you accessed earlier in the game to solve the Well Padlock Puzzle. The door now requires a key to open.

After the attic sequence, descend the stairs and listen to the phone’s message. Then proceed to Grandpa’s room and, then proceeds to the backroom (closet). Look in the corner of the floor to find the basement key.

Where to find a crowbar

Take the key and go down to the basement. Go past the generator, and squeeze through the crack to reach the Red door.  This is the same door you used to get the Well Puzzle solution earlier in the game.

Use the key to open the basement door and you will see a sign on the wall that says the crowbar is in the basement. At this moment, lights will start to flicker and the basement layout will change.

You’ll notice that the room’s layout has altered when the flickering ends, and you’ll now be surrounded by metal shelves with a light bulb at eye level. Continue to strike the light bulb at this point to make a crowbar appear on a shelf.

How to escape the basement

You will hear a sound after collecting the crowbar. Now to escape the basement, hit the bulb once again. At this moment, lights will start to flicker and the basement layout will change. You will see be surrounded by multiple statues now. Here you have to take a photo of the possessed statue by listening to its breathing.
