The OC91 Chariot mount is obtained by completing Overcharged Delves, a special type of delve activity in World of Warcraft: The War Within. Players can identify these delves on the world map by the lightning effects surrounding their icons. Players can find two Overcharged Delves active on the map, and they move to different locations daily. Refer to their location on the map below.
In Overcharged Delves, the number of Titan Disc Shards you get is the same, and it doesn’t matter how hard or easy it is. So, it’s best to play on Tier 1, which is the easiest level.
Inside each delve, start the delve on Tier 1. First, target to reach the rare enemy and defeat it to get 10 Titan Disc Shards. Next, break totems and fight any other enemies on your way. Finally, open the chest at the end to get 30 more Titan Disc Shards. This can be different for each delve.
To unlock the OC91 Chariot mount, you need to collect about 1,700 Titan Disc Shards. It is also not necessary to collect all 1,700 Titan Disc Shards same day.
After you collect 1,700 Titan Disc Shards, interact with a pedestal called an Overcharge Titan Console, and finish the Titan Console skill tree. This will earn you an achievement called ‘Titan Console Overcharged.’ This will unlock the OC91 Chariot mount.
