Step 1: Head to the Paradise Island Power Plant
Make your way to the power plant located on Paradise Island. The power plant is located in the southern part of the map. When you arrive, head to the building located at the corner of the Power plant.

You’ll notice the main controls are inactive. Unless your character has Level 3 in Engineering or the Innovative trait, you’ll need the Substation Repair Kit to restore power manually.

Step 2: Access the Lower Area
To reach the repair kit, drop down to the lower level directly beneath the power plant platform. Look for a metal grate on the side of the building. You’ll need either the Nimble trait or at least Level 2 in Sneak to enter through the grate.

Step 3: Find the Substation Repair Kit
Once inside, explore the small maintenance area to locate the Substation Repair Kit. It is on the workbench inside the room. Grab it, then climb back up the ladder to return to the main level of the power plant.

Step 4: Restore Power and Unlock Rewards
Use the Substation Repair Kit at the power terminal to turn the power back on.
