Where to find the Sword of Darkness and Sword of Light
You can transform a Stone-Sheathed Sword into a Sword of Darkness at Unte Ruins or can transform it into a Sword of Light at Ancient Ruins of Rauh. Follow the below steps.
Step 1: Find Stone-Sheathed Sword
Players can find the Stone-Sheathed Sword in “Fog Rift Catacombs”.
Step 2: Defeat Furnace Golem in the Ruins of Unte
Players need to visit the Ruins of Unte and defeat the Furnace Golem by igniting its furnace head with a Hefty Furnace Pot.
Here you can just choose to move the Furnace Golem instead of fighting with him. Access to the altar area is granted by using a Hefty Furnace Pot to move the deactivated Furnace Golem blocking the entrance.
Step 3: Raise the Stone-Sheathed Sword at the altar in the Ruins of Unte
After defeating the Furnace Golem (or by moving), the player can raise a Stone-Sheathed Sword at the altar in the Ruins of Unte to get Sword of Darkness. The altar is located southeast of the ruins.
Step 4: Raise the Sword at the altar in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh
Players can raise a Stone-Sheathed Sword/Sword of Darkness at the altar in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh to get the Sword of Light. The location is marked below.
Starting from the Church of the Bud Site of Grace, head north and enter the cave. Descend the first elevator in the Red Room and proceed northwest to reach the balcony. Cross the invisible bridge leading across to the other side to reach the tower.
At the altar, you can transform the base sword into the Sword of Light.
