Where to find the Ancient Record for Kong Elder
As you progress through the chapter, you will arrive at the Elder’s Court. Here, talk to the Kong Elder at the microphone. He will offer to help by giving you special powers. But for that, you must find his Ancient Record and bring it back.
Ancient Record Location
The Ancient Record is just to the left of the Elder’s Court on a small platform across a gap. But the bridge to get there is partly underwater and doesn’t reach the platform. To get to the Ancient Record, you need to fix the bridge by breaking the last concrete pillar nearby.
Look to the left of the Ancient Record’s platform, and you’ll see a small path going up to a purple column that controls the last plug. On the way, you’ll meet lots of Peekaboopoids, some hiding as Boom Rocks. One of the Boom Rock pillars is real.
Break it, then take a piece and throw it at the purple column to raise the water in the Lagoon Layer. When the water goes up, cross the new bridge to get to the Ancient Records platform.
