Getting your horse back early in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 can save you time and money, and luckily, there’s a way to do it for free. In this guide, we’ll show you how to reclaim your trusty horse, Pebbles, without spending any currency.
Pebbles is the first horse you get in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, but you lose him early in the game during a fight at the lake in the second main mission. Once you’re free to explore, head to the small town of Semine, which is southwest of Troskowitz City.
When you get to Semine, you’ll see a small stable grazing in the Pebbles field. During the daytime, go up to the horse and interact to get the option to talk to the horse trader.
At first, the trader will claim that Pebbles belongs to him since he found and cared for the horse after the ambush. However, if your speech stat is high enough, you can try to persuade him to give Pebbles back.
Alternatively, you can buy the horse for 150 Groschen or negotiate the price down to 100 Groschen. Lastly, if you prefer, you can steal Pebbles at night, though this won’t unlock the achievement.
