This article will guide the player on how to help Gennojo complete the Stolen Hearts quest in the game Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Stolen Hearts is a side quest for Naoe in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
Starting Location
You can unlock the Stolen Hearts side quest by first finishing the ‘Honor Among Thieves’ quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows which is part of the “The League” questline under Gennojo’s mission. Your objective in this quest is to free Gennojo from being held captive.
To start the quest, head to the Objectives Board and go to the section labeled “The League.” Under Gennojo’s name, select the Stolen Hearts quest.
How to Help Gennojo
As the side quest starts, the player will be tasked to meet Gennojo. For this head to the east of Kyoto and cross the bridge to reach Kiyomizudera Temple. The location is marked below.
After reaching Kiyomizudera Temple, send your scout to search for Gennojo. An in-game marker will appear on the map north of Kiyomizudera Temple.
You can find Gennojo in Gion Kakurega by following the road heading north. Continue along the path until you reach the area.
Once there, you’ll need to defeat two samurai guarding him in order to free Gennojo from captivity.
