This article will guide players on how to complete the objective “Infiltrate Horizon Point” from the main quest “A Cause Worth Killing For” in The Outer Worlds 2.
As the main mission “A Cause Worth Killing For” progresses, you’ll eventually arrive at the Landing Pad. Once there, follow your teammates into the nearby building to continue the mission.
Head up the stairs, where you’ll find a dead soldier on the floor. Search the body to collect the Power Fuse and the Mechanist Badge. After picking them up, locate the console nearby and insert the Power Fuse to restore power to the landing pad.
Once the power is restored, go downstairs and speak with your teammate to inform them about the Mechanist Badge you discovered. Next, approach the Intercom and interact with it. Choose the dialogue option that allows you to pretend to be Cadet Mowry.
Then use the Speech 1 dialogue choice to persuade Cadet Corbin on the other end to disable the automechanicals guarding the station.
Once the security system has been shut down, proceed into the next sector to begin your infiltration of Horizon Point and continue your mission.
