This article will guide the player on how to complete the objective ‘Mine for Materials at the Mine North of F1’ in the game Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, released on 26 June 2025.

Follow the steps below to start Mine for Materials
Step 1: Collect Chiral Crystals
Chiral Crystals are shiny, hand-shaped golden ores coming out of the ground. You’ll find lots of shiny golden crystals near the mine entrance of F1 and in the nearby area. Also, turn on your scanner to see if more Chiral Crystals are hiding in the area. You’ll need to collect about 2,000 of these crystals before you can start mining.
Step 2: Mine the material at the terminal
Once you have collected enough Chiral Crystals, go inside the building of the mine F1. Inside, interact with the access terminal and select the option ‘Mine’.
Submit 2000 Chiral Crystals to the collector. This will start the mining process, and you will receive ‘special alloys’.
Step 3: Load the monorail with Special alloy
Go to the Special alloy you received after mining. Select the special alloys and choose the “Carry on Back” option. This will load the special alloys on your back.
Now, interact with the access terminal again and select the option ‘Use the Monorail’. Then select the destination and the cargo to be loaded on the monorail. This will also hang you on the monorail
Finally, dispatch the cargo and yourself to the selected destination.
