This article will guide you on how to complete the optional objective “Prepare the Ship for the Grav Drive” in the mission “First Contact” for the game Starfield.
When you approach the engineering bay in Starfield’s mission “First Contact” you will receive the task “Prepare the Ship for the Grav Drive“. There are three terminals to interact with within the engineering bay.
First terminal
Proceed to the terminal situated on the left side and modify the setting, changing the value from “Port – Turbopump” to “Cryogenic Radiator – Auxiliary“
Divert power from (Port – Turbopump) > Reroute power to (Cryogenic Radiator – Auxiliary)
Second terminal
Following that, head over to the terminal located on the right-hand side. Choose the “Plasma Run-off Inhibitor” and set the power level to a mere 5%.
Third terminal
Choose the option to configure the “Magnetic Flange Pipe Enclosures” system and proceed to decouple it. Next, opt to decouple it from the “Auxiliary Module Assembly“
System to adjust (Magnetic Flange Pipe Enclosures) > Decouple > Decouple from (Auxiliary Module Assembly)
