Upon entering the sewer, employ the Eldritch Blast spell to explode the loose stone wall to your left.
Enter the newly opened route and then jump through the alcove on the right wall to the next door. Continue west, then defeat a group of Death’s Head of Bhaal Blythe.
Pass through the door on the far left. Continue your trip until you reach the City Sewers Waypoints.
Continue your journey in the north direction from the City Sewers Waypoints, and then follow the path as it turns west.
Continue traveling along the sewer before entering the wooden door on the right.
Ascend the stairs and continue north on the linear walkway to reach the Undercity Ruins Waypoint.
Interact with the stone door to the left of the Undercity Ruins Waypoint.
The door will request proof of our Lord’s faith. Select the Dialogue, and the door will open. “I slaughtered the murder tribunal“
Enter the room and fight the “Reaper of Bhaal Gruntman.” Then go over the gap via the fallen stone pillar.
Pass through the metal door and descend the stone steps to reach the Temple of Bhaal Waypoints.
Head east from the Temple of Bhaal Waypoints where Sceleritas Fel will visit you near stairs.
Talk to him before entering the Temple of Bhaal.
