This article will guide you on how to reach the Eastern Nameless Mausoleum in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, released on 21st June 2024.

Starting from the Main Gate Plaza Site of Grace, head east and follow the path up the ramp.
Then go down a ladder on the left. You can find the ladder after reaching the area with boats.
Go around the ledge and go down another ladder to reach a room. Attack the illusionary wall to open the new path.
You’ll find a coffin. Sit in it to be transported to the bottom water location
Once you exit the coffin, unlock the Castle Watering Hole Site of Grace.
Follow the path in the south direction on the right side along the water. Upon reaching a waterfall, go to the left side where you’ll find another Site of Grace.
Continue moving south and jump across to the right-hand side of the cliff when you see the gap is narrow enough to jump.
Keep moving south and jump down the ledge to find another Site of Grace – Recluses’ River Downstream
Face southeast and carefully drop down using the gravestone steps, until you reach the bottom.
After reaching the bottom, head north, then take a right before the waterfall. Continue along this path to reach the Nameless Museum.
