The House of Hope can only be entered through a portal. You need to perform a ritual to open the portal is on the second floor of the Devil’s Fee. You also need five different ingredients for this ritual. To go to the House of Hope, proceed north of the Lower City Central Wall gate to the Devil’s Fee store. Refer to the place shown on the map below.
