To reach the Desolate Keep Dungeon in Marrow Keep, you first need to obtain the Slayer Seal.
Start at the Marrow Keep Beacon. From the Beacon, enter the area on the left and make your way toward the red altar. Interact with it to obtain it.
Once you have the Slayer Seal, return to the Marrow’s Keep Beacon. Go to the opposite side of the Beacon room and head down the wooden ramp. Continue toward the area where Sester Genessa is located.
Go down the stairs and turn left. Look near the torch to find a hidden wall. Attack the wall to reveal a secret passage.
Inside, you will find a Chalice hanging from chains. Break the chains and interact with the Chalice. This will allow you to enter the secret Desolate Keep.
