Another option for eliminating your bounty is to utilize a Trackers Alliance Self-Service Bounty Clearance Kiosk, readily available in most major Starfield settlements. You can typically locate them near your ship’s landing area on a planet or at local bars.
It’s worth noting that you can’t have access to Self-Service Kiosks within regions governed by the faction that issued the bounty. Therefore, if the “FREESTAR COLLECTIVE” has placed a bounty on you, you’ll need to travel to a planet not under FREESTAR COLLECTIVE control.
