How to Rescue Wulbren Without Fighting (Moonrise Towers Prison) | Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3)

This article will guide you on how to rescue the Wulbren and other Tieflings in Moonrise Towers Prison without fighting in Baldur’s Gate 3.

Tieflings Location in Moonrise Tower

Enter the Moonrise Tower Prisons through the west gate of the towers’ main entrance and then go downstairs to reach the prison cells.

Once inside the prison go to the 2nd cell to speak to the Lakrissa. Note: Utilize the Misty Step Spell to access the cell discreetly before initiating the conversation; otherwise, the guard will be alerted. You’ll need to convince Lakrissa that you’re not their enemy and that other Tieflings have sent you to save them.

Speak to Gnomes

Then, using the Misty Step spell, travel to the fourth cell and speak with Wulbren. He’ll ask you for a tool so that the gnomes can break through the weak stone wall in the back of the cells.

The Wulbren hammer is located within the central tower, an area frequently patrolled by the Warden. Employ a character equipped with Sneak Attack and employ the Misty Step spell to access the top of the central tower. The hammer is on a table there.

Protect the Gnomes

Once you have the hammer, bring it back to Wulbren. He broke through the rear wall with his hammer and then sought to do the same for the tieflings. However, the wardens/guards were too quick to discover, forcing the gnomes to flee to the boats beyond their walls. Use a “Wall of stone” to block the path to stop the incoming guards.

After the coast is clear, the refugees will gather at the nearby pier and use a boat to escape.
