In the most recent version of Genshin Impact, you must activate numerous Teleport Waypoints in order to unlock the whole map of the Golden Apple Archipelago.
First, start playing the new story quest “The Golden Apple Vacation Returns! “. The quest will direct the traveler to an island that Kazuha mentioned, that is situated in the map’s blackout region (northern part). You can use the Waverider waypoint to this Teleport Waypoint.
Once you active the Teleport Waypoint (north of Broken Isle) then continue the story quest “The Golden Apple Vacation Returns! “
Next, use the nearest Waverider Waypoint to activate the Teleport Waypoint at Twinning Isle, Pudding Isle, and Minacious Isle as shown in the below image.
