If you’re diving into the shadowy world of Elden Ring: Nightreign and looking to personalize your character’s look, this guide has you covered. Here’s how to unlock the wardrobe system, change skins, and a full showcase of every skin currently available for each class.
How to Unlock the Wardrobe Feature
To unlock the wardrobe system in Elden Ring: Nightreign, you’ll need to prove your strength by defeating two unique Nightlords. Begin by taking down the first boss – Tricephalos.
Once Tricephalos is defeated, additional Nightlords will become available across the map. From there, defeat any one of them – such as The Gaping Jaw, Augur, or any other you encounter, to unlock access to the wardrobe system fully.

After you’ve defeated two Nightlords, a mysterious NPC will appear and speak with you, unlocking access to the wardrobe feature. This new option will be marked on your map as “Change Garb”, a dedicated fast-travel location where you can view, manage, and equip all the skins you’ve unlocked.

How to Use the Wardrobe
Fast travel to the “Change Garb” location. Here you can browse and equip different skins for your characters. Each skin costs Merc, the in-game currency.
