In Arknights: Endfield, the Power Plateau is an important area where you unlock the AIC Power Base, also called the Reconstruction HQ. This location is needed to expand power systems and continue long-term progression. You cannot unlock the Power Plateau by exploring early. Power Plateau AIC Power Base only becomes available as you move forward in the main story.
To unlock Power Plateau AIC Power Base, you must complete the Temporary Peace story quest and then finish the Outpost Reconstruction HQ story quest.
