The Abyssal Fusion Dragon Armor can be crafted for your dragon in Crimson Desert. This guide will walk you through every step so you know exactly what to do and where to go to find all the materials required for the Dragon Abyssal Fusion Armor in Crimson Desert.
Prerequisites
Before you can craft this armor, you need to unlock the dragon from Chapter 10 or 11. During this quest, you meet the White Crow, and she introduces you to Black Star, the dragon you will use to progress in the quest.
Where to Craft the Armor
Once your dragon is unlocked, head to Kilden Workshop, located just south of Hernand. Speak with the NPC Grimir’s Kuku Shop. His workshop will have the Abyssal Fusion Armor recipes available now.
Materials You Need
1. Small Kuku A.T.A.G
This is the first thing you need to craft. It requires:
- A Kuku Pot: Made from five iron ore and five timber.
- An Abyss Cell
- Cogwheels and Small Batteries
How to get Abyss Cells
Go north of Hernand to Sage’s Peak. Climb the peak near the fast travel point and look for rocks that are not actually rocks but living creatures.
Defeat them, and they have a chance to drop Abyss Cells. Another location is Drake’s Fall Castle.
2. Golden Stars Component
You get this automatically from the main story during Chapter 10 or 11, as mentioned above.
3. Cogwheels and Small Batteries (x5 each)
Head to Delesyia and run along the roads on the right-hand side of the map. Defeat the robotic creature roaming the road to obtain cogwheels and small batteries.
4. Aeserion’s Scale
Head to the Serpent Shrine in the bottom left of Delesyia. In this area, you will find Aeserion, a large serpent dragon. Wait for the serpent to move to the lower end of its patrol path, then fly across to the island.
On the island, look for small-scale items that resemble silver shields. There are several scattered around the island.
5. Power Core – Ore of Resipiscence
This is a randomized drop from rockworm-type enemies. There are two good locations to farm these:
- Northern Steel Mountains & Near Demen Menace
Crafting the Armor
Once you have all five components, head back to Grimir’s workshop and craft the Abyssal Fusion item. This will unlock a new quest called Wings of Iron under the Hernand quest line. This is one of the final quests tied to the witches, and the reward is the Abyssal Dragon Armor itself.
Completing the Wings of Iron Quest
The quest sends you back to the Nest of Valor. Go to the top of the map and use the abyss icon to enter the abyss. Fast travel there and head forward to trigger a cutscene.
After the cutscene plays out, you will receive the fusion dragon armor.
