Black Myth Wukong: How to Upgrade Gourd
This guide shows how to Upgrade Gourd in Black Myth: Wukong, released on 20 August 2024. Gourd is the flask from which you drink to heal.
How & Where to Upgrade Gourd
To upgrade Gourd, you need to go to Shen Monkey, whom you will find in the Bamboo Grove: Marsh of White Mist in Chapter 1. To upgrade Gourd, you will also need Luojia Fragrant Vine. One such Vine can be found near Bamboo Grove: Marsh of White Mist Shrine, as shown in the picture below. Click here to see the location of all Luojia Fragrant Vines in the game.
Once you have Luojia Fragrant Vine, travel to Bamboo Grove: Marsh of White Mist Shrine. Go down the stairs near the shrine and then enter the cave on the right side as shown in the picture below. You will find Shen Monkey inside the cave. Talk to him and you will get the option to upgrade Gourd. You will be able to update your Gourd up to level 9 from him. For the final upgrade to Supreme Gourd, you will need to talk to the old man in Chapter 5.
