This guide shows how to get all 5 Minikits and all 3 Level Challenges in the Hunk of Junk mission in the Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
Hunk of Junk: Minikit 1/5
Use Net Launcher on the X Wall at the southwest portion of the area as shown in the picture below. Then climb up the X Wall to get the Minikit.
Hunk of Junk: Minikit 2/5
Switch to a Hero character and use it on the console on the north side as shown in the picture below. This will open the door near the console. Now go inside and move the two boxes to their socket as shown in the second picture below. This will make the Minikit come out from the grate below.
Hunk of Junk: Minikit 3/5
Switch to a Villain character and use it on the console on the northeast side as shown in the picture below. This will open the door near the console. Mount a Gonk Droid and place it on the switch inside the room as shown in the second picture below. This will activate the machine and a Minikit will come out from it.
Hunk of Junk: Minikit 4/5
When you have reached the upper level, enter the room on the north side as shown in the picture below. Destroy the boxes inside and build a Minikit from the fallen blocks.
Hunk of Junk: Minikit 5/5
After you have reached the overhead crane and lowered the sensor dish, the alarm will go off and all the doors on the upper floor will open. Enter the room on the southeast side of the upper level to get the Minikit.
Hunk of Junk: All Level Challenges
Absolute Scoundrel
Details: Use the environment to your advantage against the Stormtroopers.
At the start of the level, when you are attacked by the Stormtroopers, switch to a Scoundrel character and aim at the panel above the alcove from where the stormtroopers are attacking as shown in the picture below. This will make the beam fall and complete the challenge.
Don’t Get Cocky!
Details: Defeat 3 Stormtroopers with hidden turrets.
Mount a Gonk Droid and place it on the switch at the south side of the ship. this will make a turret to come out as shown in the picture below.
Chewie, Get Us Out of Here!
Details: Find different ways of blocking the Stormtrooper reinforcements.
After you have reached the overhead crane and lowered the sensor dish, all the doors on the upper floor will open and stormtroopers will come from them. Switch to a Droid character and use it on the console on the north side of the upper level as shown in the picture below. This will close the doors and block the Stormtrooper reinforcements.
