How to Hunt for Sturmbeest in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora
Open your Hunter’s Guide in the menu, which contains information on creatures, plants, and enemies you’ll come across.
Choose Sturmbeest, and pin it to start following its scent trail. Also, you can check the notes to find out it’s usually in the Bamboo Grove in the Kinglor Forest. Rare ones can be seen near riverbanks. You can also check its weak points and armor. Its head and back are tough, but there’s a weak point above its front legs.
Now that you’ve marked the Young Sturmbeest in your Hunter’s Guide, use your Na’vi Senses to track down its scent trail. After interacting with the scent, continue to track the scent along the river.
As you go along the river, you’ll see a group of Sturmbeest. Don’t stay too close to the river. Find a good spot nearby where you won’t be noticed, or they might run away. Use your Heavy Bow above their front leg and your Na’vi Senses to find the weak point.
If you’re successful, you can hunt a Young Sturmbeest in a couple of shots. Sturmbeest will give you better quality materials like Sturmbeest Heavy Hide and Sturmbeest Fatty Meat.
