There is one location where the fiery Karlach is always found, and that is close to Risen Road. She will be sitting on a stone next to a small river.
To reach this location, get inside the Blighted Village and move north and then east to find Karlach near a small river.
Alternatively, In the event that Wyll has already been recruited, his companion quest will take you directly to her. Additionally, you can talk to Anders, a nearby Tyran Paladin who will give you his weapon in exchange for killing Karlach for him. This quest will also take you to Karlach.
How To Get Karlach To Join Your Party
Engage in a conversation with Karlach, and you’ll unlock her story, similar to the process with other companions. She will present her perspective, share her backstory, and offer you the opportunity to invite her to join your journey. If you have space in your group, you can right away invite her. if not then she will simply go to your camp.
