Kodama are small green spirits. Finding them increases the number of Elixirs you recover at Shrines and unlocks Kodama Blessings that give permanent buffs. In this guide, we show you step by step all Kodama locations in the Kyoto Imperial Palace area of Nioh 3.
Kodama #1
Fast travel to the Imperial Palace fast travel point in the Kyoto Imperial Palace area. From the starting point, face east and begin moving along the main path. Stay on this route until you see a clear left turn. Take this turn and continue forward toward the location marked on the map.
As you move ahead, you will reach a building compound area. Enter the compound and keep to the left side, and you will spot a well.
Approach the well and check for a rope attached to a water bucket. Cut the rope. Hit the stone to drop it down, and the bucket will come out of the well. Look in the bucket to find the Kodama.
Kodama #2
This Kodama is located in the northern part of the Kyoto Imperial Palace area. Head to the marked compound and enter through the main entrance.
Once inside, move toward the right side of the compound. Continue along this side until you find a doorway on the right. Use this door to exit the compound.
After stepping outside, turn right and look near the cliff edge. The Kodama will be waiting there.
