This article will guide the player on how to complete the world quest “Legendary Color” in Genshin Impact. Legendary Color is a Tribal Chronicle Quest related to the Masters of the Night-Wind tribe introduced in Genshin Impact Version 5.2.
Prerequisite
Legendary Color quest is available after completing the quest ‘Calling from the Masters of the Night-Wind‘ Quest
Starting Location
Teleport to the location marked on the map in the Masters of the Night Wind area and proceed to the end of the corridor until you find an NPC Toltec. Speak with the NPC to start the quest.
Legendary Color Walkthrough
Go into the fog’s depths
As the quest starts, the player needs to travel to the Fog’s Depths. Proceed out of the cave and head right toward the in-game marker to reach the fog’s depths
Try to break the barrier
After speaking with the NPC Toltec, go inside the cave. Continue to proceed inside the cave until you reach the end where a barrier is blocking the path. Next, transform into an Iktomisaurus and use Iktomisaurus’s special Elemental Sight to find a hidden mark on the seal.
Once the hidden mark is revealed, use the Iktomisaurus’s ability to reveal the secret path behind the wall.
Try using the Iktomisaur’s special Elemental Sight
Follow the newly open path until you find some kind of painting on the wall. To progress further in the quest, transform into an Iktomisaurus and use Iktomisaurus’s elemental sight. After using Iktomisaurus’s elemental sight near the painting on the wall, your next task is to find three colored dyes in the area.
Obtain Dye 1/3
The first dye is the blue one that is located near some of the boxes and barrels, just to the left of the painting.
Obtain Dye 2/3
The second dye is a pink dye just south of the previous blue color dye.
Obtain Dye 3/3
The third and last dye is a yellow dye just south of the previous pink color dye.
After collecting all three dyes, exit the cave and head to the entrance where Toltec is waiting for you.
Return to the Masters of the Night-Wind
Teleport back to the Masters of the Night Wind. Speak with an NPC Biram and give him the three dyes that you have collected inside the cave.
After speaking with NPC Biram, head in the south direction and interact with the portal to enter the Chamber of Weaving. This will teleport to the new area where a cutscene will get triggered with NPC Biram.
Accept Biram’s invitation
Teleport back to the Masters of the Night Wind and follow the path leading to the mountain’s summit, where NPC Biram is waiting. The quest ends here after the cutscene.
